Partage's goal is to provide everyone a chance to express ideas through video works, one of the alternatives to text. It will help you share the video sources, and provides easy interface to create new video works just like a video version of word processors.
You will be able to pick up your favorite scenes in the video files from existing streaming servers all over the world. You will also search some scenes as you use some clip arts.
Of course you can use and share your video files. Just like you play with building blocks, you can easily build up your video work by putting those scenes in order.
